From November…

James completed the communicant’s class at church this past fall, and in November stood up in front of the congregation to officially join the church.  This was probably the hardest part for him but he did great.  We went out to dinner to celebrate and gave him a devotional for kids.  His first opportunity to take communion was Thanksgiving eve which was so special.

Kenny made a wonderful new fall decoration for the front porch!  I so appreciate the way he surprises me with his creations.

James dissected owl pellets at school; he’d been looking forward to that for over a month.  Kenny had the day off and was able to join in the fun.
