Kenny is in his 14th year working at Young Life and over the years there have been many changes in his work, his title, his boss, etc.  But the one thing that never changes is the mission of YL.  The mission to reach kids for Jesus – all over the world.  To meet kids where they are, build relationships with them, do life with them, and THEN tell them the wonderful good news of the gospel.  It is this mission that continues to fuel Kenny in his work, and I couldn’t be more proud of the commitment he has made to this ministry.  

Kenny sent me the this article this week about YL work in Africa.  What important work they are doing in such a hostile place.  I would encourage you to read the article, and if led to, pray for these leaders.  Pray for the kids they are reaching.  Pray for those that work at the service center here in CO that support the leaders in the field.  Pray that God will use all of these people to accomplish His mission through Young Life.
