We had so much fun on New Year’s Eve this year!  I had planned to go to bed early; I typically don’t feel great the next day when I get little sleep and had decided to go to bed at normal time.  But in the end, we were having so much fun, I asked the Lord to help me stay awake, and He did!   

We started the evening having our traditional dinner of appetizers and dips.  It’s amazing how changing up what’s for dinner makes everyone so excited!  We watched The Incredibles and Kung Fu Panda, played Monopoly (Anna beat us all!), drank sparkling cider and champagne, and watched the ball drop. We put up the inflatable mattress for the kids which they loved!  So thankful for these traditions and times with the kids!
