James and I celebrate our birthdays two days apart in April so we always have lots of birthday fun that week. 

This year James turned the big 13!  His only birthday request was to have Caden come hang out and spend the night.  The boys played hours of video games, tried to stay up all night, and ate pizza and candy.  What more could you want when you turn thirteen?  At 2 am the boys set an alarm for 3 am so they could take an hour nap and stay up the rest of the night.  At 7 am they woke up and were upset they slept through the alarm. 

And I turned the big 45 this year.  Mom and Dad came out for our birthdays and Easter and Mom even brought me a cake!  White angel food with seven-minute frosting.  So yummy.  

We also enjoyed some birthday P.F. Changs with my parents, Grandma Mary Jo and Lynn, Ryan & Luke but I failed to get a picture of us all.  Thanks, everyone, for the birthday love!
