This year our apple trees produced apples!  We have two apple trees that are not very healthy, and in the past they haven’t produced any fruit.  This year was different, though!  We gave away quite a few bags of apples to friends, family, and neighbors, and also froze 36 cups of apples that are ready for pie, crisp, or applesauce.  What a treat!
