In October, James and I visited the zoo with some friends one more time before the weather turned cooler.  It was a beautiful, fall morning with snow already on the peak. 

Because the summer rush was over, there were very few people there.  It was a wonderful morning.  James enjoyed it MUCH more this time!  The last time we went was in July, and in just a few months he understood a little more.  The giraffes were definitely his favorite and we spent quite a bit of time there. 

James headed right up to try and pet this peacock, and then when it turned to come after him, he quickly turned around.  🙂

Within minutes of loading up and leaving the zoo, James was asleep in the car.  What a fun, full morning!  Thanks Allison & Jackson!
