On Thursday I made a Caramel Bourbon Spice Cake for book club. I was looking for a new recipe; something fun since I was hosting book club. Kenny’s aunt, Janet, gave me a 2011 Pampered Chef calendar that includes some great recipes each month and that is where I found this recipe. It turned out great! James helped me each step of the way – dumping in ingredients, unwrapping the caramels, and of course helping taste to make sure it was good. Thanks, Janet, for the calendar! 🙂
