Through the month of December James LOVED playing Christmas carols at the piano.  🙂  I left out one big book that he could flip through, and now that he’s big enough to crawl up on the bench by himself, we often heard beautiful music from him.  🙂  We sang Away in a Manger quite a bit through the month, and he quickly learned where to find that song in the book by looking for the picture of baby Jesus at the top of the page.  Too cute.  I’m thinking about starting some VERY basic piano concepts with him; he’s definitely interested!
