Last week my MOPS group planned a mom’s night out at an arts studio called Paint the Town.  It was SOOO much fun!  From the many paintings on the walls, we chose one that we liked and then the staff helped us copy it!  Three other ladies and myself walked in there without a clue about painting and left with an actual painting on an actual canvas!  Amazing!  It was open studio that evening so there were others painting on their own and the atmosphere was very fun and relaxed.  The staff helped us choose the right paint colors and brushes, gave us a few tips on how to get started and then let us work.  I thoroghly enjoyed it and plan to get a group of friends together to go back sometime soon.  Or, maybe I can convince Kenny it would be a good date night.  🙂
