Last month over Easter weekend we traveled to Nebraska to see family.  Our first stop was to see Grandpa Knapp and then we drove with Mom & Dad to northeast Nebraska to see Grandma Goodwater.  She experienced a stroke that previous week so we definitely wanted to visit.  Although we spent many hours in the car, the kids did an amazing job and traveled very well.

It was a very full weekend celebrating Easter and an early birthday for James.  We also stopped in Grand Island and found Kenny’s great grandfather’s grave.

The last photo sums up how we felt after our long weekend (I had to include it! :)), but, we are SO thankful for all of our family and count it a privilege to be able to see them as often as we can!
