James and I made avocado banana ice cream the other day and it was REALLY GOOD! I saw the recipe on a blog I follow and decided to give it a try. It is quick, easy, and tastes great!
Avocado Banana Ice Cream:
1 ripe avocado
1 medium banana (cut up and freeze before blending)
1/2 cup milk
1 cup ice (optional but I think it helps give it a frozen consistency)
1/4 – 1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
Blend all ingredients and freeze.
