Anna’s Braids

For the past six months or so I’ve been giving Anna pig-tail braids now and again.  She loves them and looks so cute.  But she discovered there was another kind of braid – a french braid.  A braid that mom doesn’t know how to do.

I watched a YouTube video, gave it a shot, and it was a disaster.  So, we asked Aunt Lynn to come over and give us a lesson.  She did a great job and I discovered that I will just need to practice.  A lot.

The next week I took Anna in for a trim and our fabulous hair gal, Stacey, graciously braided Anna’s hair before we left.  So pretty!  Anna’s hooked so I better get busy!

  1. Look at those faces!! Our girl is so funny…and patient! It gets easier with time and practice!

  2. I am TERRIBLE at braiding! I have my girls’ aunts braid their hair, also. I feel so awkward and fumbling. I should practice more, I know.
