While Amy was here we spent one afternoon cooking some of our favorite foods – her G’ma’s famous egg rolls, cauliflower rice stir fry, steamed artichokes, and creme brulee.  So delicious.  We’ve made egg rolls and stir fry together for many years – since college days – but we stepped it up a bit this year and added two more favorites.  

Amy took the kids out one morning – donuts, shopping at Old Navy, and Starbucks!

And another day we visited the Royal Gorge.  We took the gondola across and then walked the bridge back.  It is so beautiful there.
